This User Guide explains how the Sky Mapped Resources platform works, what to prepare before using each service, how outputs should be used, and how to contact us for support.
This guide applies to services provided by Sky Mapped Resources Pty Ltd (ACN 698 361 509, ABN 73 698 361 509), trading as Sky Mapped Resources.
This guide should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. If there is any inconsistency, the Terms and Conditions will prevail to the extent of that inconsistency.
Sky Mapped Resources provides a range of structured digital tools and support services for training and assessment operations.

Before using any service, please keep the following in mind:
You should review all previews, reports, digital files, and generated materials before using them in live training, assessment, operational, or compliance environments.
Depending on the service, you may be asked to upload one or more files for processing.
Common examples include:
Accepted file formats and size limits are shown on the relevant upload screen for each service.
If a file size limit is shown on the upload interface, that limit applies. If no file size limit is shown, you should treat 16 MB as a safe working default only, not a guaranteed maximum.
Source text should be computer generated and readable. Poor-quality scans, image-only PDFs, handwritten content, corrupted files, password-protected files, or heavily formatted files may not process correctly.
Our services are not designed to receive student records, sensitive information, or other personal information within uploaded source files. You should not upload personal or sensitive information unless the relevant service expressly requires it.
If personal information is included in uploaded material contrary to that requirement, it will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, or comply with law.
Sky Mapped Resources operates on Australian-hosted systems, including Microsoft Azure (Australia Central region).
Uploaded source files are processed in an Australian-hosted environment and are deleted immediately after processing wherever technically possible.
In some cases, short-term retention may be necessary for delivery, failed processing recovery, troubleshooting, security checks, or operational continuity. Where that occurs, retention is temporary and limited to what is reasonably necessary.
Generated outputs, previews, purchased PDFs, or similar files may be hosted temporarily for secure delivery. Download links generally remain active for up to 24 hours and then expire. Hosted delivery files are generally removed after that hosting period.
Payment-related information may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe, and some payment-related processing may occur outside Australia under those providers' own systems and policies. Uploaded source materials are not transferred outside Australia in ordinary service delivery.

For shop purchases, keep your confirmation email and your SMR-SHOP-... order reference if one is shown. That is the best reference to use if you contact support about payment, delivery, or order queries.
This service compares your uploaded resource against a selected Unit of Competency and produces a structured mapping output.

The free preview may show only a sample of the result. The purchased report, where offered, includes the full output.
If a Performance Criterion, Knowledge Evidence item, Performance Evidence item, or other requirement is shown as unmapped, this means the system did not identify content in the uploaded resource that addressed that requirement.
In that case, you should:
Each submission is a separate service transaction unless otherwise stated.
Each purchased mapping report includes one free rerun of the same training resource and Unit of Competency within 14 days of the original purchase. To use it, open the mapping upload page, enter your Session ID in the revalidation box (your Session ID is shown at the top of your report and on your receipt), upload your corrected resource, and start the rerun. The rerun uses the same Unit of Competency as your original session. One free rerun applies per paid session; after that, any further run is a new submission.
This service compares a primary resource against supporting policies, procedures, or related operational documents.

The output is designed to help identify alignment, overlap, or gaps. It should still be reviewed by your organisation before implementation or reliance.
Low coverage means the system did not identify content in your resource that addressed that part of the procedure.

Each purchased alignment report includes one free rerun within 14 days of the original purchase. To use it, open the procedural alignment page, enter your Session ID in the revalidation box (your Session ID is shown at the top of your alignment report and on your receipt), upload your corrected primary resource and your procedures, and start the rerun. Procedure files must keep the same titles as your original uploads; the primary resource title can vary slightly. One free rerun applies per paid session; after that, any further run is a new submission.
Ready to Go Digital Assessments are pre-built interactive PDFs made available through the catalogue for purchase and use in your training and assessment operations.

This service converts your existing training and assessment resources into interactive digital PDFs.
Digital conversion projects are generally quote-led and may involve discussion of scope, timing, source files, required features, and delivery method before work begins.

A public demo may be available on the website to illustrate the style of output. Any demo is illustrative only and does not guarantee identical functionality for every conversion project.
Subscribed companies can allocate digital learning courses to their authorised learners. Courses are delivered on the Sky Mapped Resources Learning Management System and work on phones, tablets, and computers.
Interactive PDFs work best when opened in Adobe Acrobat Reader or another PDF viewer that properly supports interactive PDF forms and scripting.

Some templates are suitable for use across common desktop, tablet, and mobile environments, but compatibility can vary depending on device, operating system, browser, application version, and user settings.

Training and Assessment Strategy services are custom-developed planning documents prepared through consultation and tailored to the organisation, learner group, units of competency, delivery method, site conditions, and operational context.

Strategy documents are site-specific deliverables. They are designed to support implementation and review, but they do not remove the need for your organisation to confirm suitability, compliance, and regulator-facing accuracy.

Ready to Go assessments, mapping bundles, pre-built PDFs, and other catalogue-based products supplied by Sky Mapped Resources remain the intellectual property of Sky Mapped Resources unless expressly stated otherwise.
Your purchase gives you the right to use the purchased material in your own organisation's training and assessment operations, subject to the licence and usage restrictions set out in the Terms and Conditions.
Unless the Terms and Conditions expressly allow it, you must not:
We take uploads, business information, and customer records seriously.
We do not sell your uploaded files or personal information for unrelated marketing purposes.
For details about how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect personal information, including how payment information is handled and how uploaded files are processed and deleted, refer to our Privacy Policy.

We generally respond to support enquiries within 24 to 48 hours during business hours, although response times may vary depending on workload, weekends, public holidays, and the nature of the issue.
If you contact us about a purchase, include the information available in your confirmation email, receipt, or checkout confirmation page. For shop orders, include your SMR-SHOP-... order reference where available.
Refunds, returns, and delivery issues are handled in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and any rights you may have under applicable law.
We may update this User Guide from time to time to reflect service changes, process improvements, updated features, or changes to our legal documents.
