Full Mapping Reports & Use of Outputs

Full mapping reports present a comprehensive alignment of extracted assessment content against the selected Unit of Competency based on materials provided at the time of processing. They do not constitute validation outcomes, audit findings, or regulatory determinations.

Accuracy, completeness, and suitability depend on the quality, structure, and currency of the source documents supplied. Users must review all outputs prior to use and determine whether additional validation, adjustment, or supplementary evidence is required.

All reports are provided "as-is" and are current only as at the date of generation. Sky Mapped Resources does not guarantee compliance outcomes, audit success, or regulatory acceptance.

2. Payment Terms

• Service Fee: $99.00 AUD GST inclusive per PDF document
• Payment Method: Secure payment via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Currency: Australian Dollars (AUD)
• Payment Required: Before final document delivery
• Free Preview: Available before payment commitment

File Requirements

• Maximum file size: 16MB per document
• Documents must be readable and well-structured
• Resources uploaded correctly in suitable formats
• Mapping requires Unit of Competency selection via drop down
• Files must not contain malicious content

Processing Timeline

• Preview: Processing times may vary for UoC mapping and resource alignment generally taking 1-3 minutes
• Final Results: Purchased outputs are delivered via email immediately after payment confirmation
• Email Delivery: Your receipt is also emailed to you directly from Sky Mapped Resources

4. Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain all rights to your uploaded documents
• Our Service: Sky Mapped Resources retains rights to our processing technology
• Generated Reports: You own the final reports that we have generated for you
• No Distribution: We do not distribute or share your resources or content

5. User Responsibilities

• Response Time: Generally within 24-48 hours for support inquiries

7. Limitation of Liability

• Service Basis: Service provided on "as-is" basis
• No Warranties: No guarantee of specific outcomes or results

12. Data Retention & Download Links

Uploaded assessment resources are deleted immediately after processing completes.

The generated compliance PDF is hosted securely for 24 hours and is automatically removed from Azure storage afterward.

The download link provided on-screen post payment expires immediately after the page is left and cannot be re-entered.

13. Terms Updates

These terms may be updated periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
